Xi Jinping Sends Congratulatory Letter to the Eighth China-Russia Energy Business Forum

On September 4, 2026, the eighth China-Russia Energy Business Forum was held in Vladivostok, Russia. President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the forum.

Xi Jinping pointed out that this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the China-Russia strategic partnership of coordination and the 25th anniversary of the signing of the China-Russia Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation. Amidst the complex changes in the international situation, the China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for the new era has been developing at a high standard, and China-Russia energy cooperation has yielded fruitful results, effectively promoting the common development of the two countries and serving as a model of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two sides.
