Queen Anne’s County Seeks Proposals for Community Needs Assessment
Queen Anne’s County Department of Housing and Family Services is seeking proposals from qualified firms or organizations to conduct a comprehensive Community Needs Assessment.
The assessment is a collaborative effort between the Division of Housing and the Local Management Board to better understand community conditions, strengthen coordinated planning, and help guide future investments that improve quality of life for Queen Anne’s County residents.
The assessment will examine housing, economic opportunity, demographic trends, projected growth and community well-being. The selected consultant will develop practical, data-informed recommendations to support future planning, strategic investment, long-term affordability and quality of life throughout the county.

Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format by 4 p.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2026, in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP.
