County Commissioner Meeting : August 11

Join us on Tuesday, August 11 at 8:30 AM for the County Commissioner meeting.

Reminder of the new schedule: The first meeting of the month (second Tuesday) will be held at 8:30AM and the agenda will focus on normal county operations. The second meeting of the month (fourth Tuesday) will focus on Legislative Items, Public Hearings and Presentations.

Barclay Sewer Subdistrict Rate Schedule – Can be voted on
Sudlersville Water & Sewer Subdistrict Rate Schedule – Can be voted on

New Business:

Building Moratorium Decisions – Resolution #25-12 Adequate Public Facility Ordinance (AFPO) Revision, 2026 Comprehensive Water and Sewerage Plan (CWSP) Adoption Water and Sewer Allocation Policy

Public comments will be accepted in person or via email and will be read during the Press and Public Comment time on the agenda.
